2016 (P) $1 American Silver Eagle 1oz PCGS MS70 Thomas Cleveland Native Struck in Philadelphia. There are no physical mint marks on the coin, however, the grading companies can confirm where they were minted when a sealed box is submitted. Most of the bullion Silver Eagle coins are made in West Point but to keep up with demand, sometimes, they had to use San Francisco and Philadelphia. Out of the 37,701,500 Silver Eagles made in 2016, only 1,151,500 were made in Philadelphia making it the fourth lowest mintage for bullion Silver Eagles. There have only been about 2500 total graded by PCGS across all grades.
