2020 (P) $1 American Silver Eagle Emergency Issue PCGS MS70 Thomas Cleveland Arrows First Day of Issue Struck at Philadelphia Emergency Issue. With the West Point Mint closed, to keep up with demand, the US Mint had to keep production going and had 240,000 of these made at the Philadelphia Mint. There are no physical mint marks on the coin, however, the grading companies can confirm where they were minted when a sealed box is submitted. They were labeled on the sealed green boxes they sell with numbers 400,000 through 400,479 to differentiate between the West Point boxes. This is the second lowest mintage ever for a bullion silver eagle with only the 2015 Philadelphia being rarer.
